Many perplexing factors set a task to determine, monitor and sustain ethical and legal issues in breastfeeding. Ethical leadership in nursing is all about professionalism, responsibility, accountability, and competency. Healthcare professionals have an obligation to preserve all their patient's beliefs, beliefs and dignity, to make sure optimal medical care, personal well- being, and promote quality of life. In all element of nursing, rns are function models, health care providers, sufferer advocates and are required to meet the needs of their individuals. Which can be created by communicating honestly and truthfully, being fair and dependable, being aggressive, and by putting patients initially. Nurses are face with ethical issues on a daily basic consequently , must examine their own personal and professional values and morals in order to maintain a caring and compassionate romantic relationship with their sufferers. When complex ethical concerns involving health care arise, the Ethics Committee may be required for additional methods to aid the patient and friends and family. The Ethics Committee consists of multidisciplinary groups drawn from the institution plus the local community. It is important for nursing staff to know how to cope with ethical decisions so that sufferer rights and values will be honored without compromising their particular moral values.
